JayPAY Services, Inc. traces its roots back to July 1980 when Aubrey Jayroe established Jayroe & Company. Before founding the company, Aubrey Jayroe served as general manager and personnel director for one of the largest accounting firms in Eastern Arkansas for over nine years. Since its inception, Jayroe & Company has expanded to serve a diverse clientele across 42 states.

In 2020, Trent Jayroe had the vision to launch specialized payroll and bookkeeping services, leading to the creation of JayPAY Services, Inc. Our mission is to provide exceptional financial solutions tailored to the needs of our clients. With a focus on innovation, reliability, and personalized service, we strive to simplify financial operations for businesses and individuals alike.

In May 2024, we welcomed Roland Baker as our Chief Operating Officer. Roland brings extensive expertise and leadership to our team, including the introduction of Fractional CFO services. These services provide clients with strategic financial oversight, including financial reporting, forecasting, compliance, and operational reviews, ensuring their financial operations are optimized for success.
